Education?

I just read Ning's Blog and was quite surprised by a blogger's intention of education. So what I feel about it?

Before I came around nagging and people that read this post have no idea what I am talking about, first you can go to Ning's Blog and read everything. Or I give you a short brief here. The thing is, this blogger, a sec 5 student, is able to earn 5k per month by magic and start to say that education is not "that" important to the aspect of life. And also, if you happen to go in and read his blog, I personally feel that he is overwhelmed by the thoughts of financial knowledge, and facts of them.

So here I go, first of all, education is a must, be it basic foundation, blah blah. IT'S a need, well, no one asked you to get a degree because if you have decent skill and a good brain, you don't really need degree to survive. Example like creative product sale. You are able to come out useful things that can sell out, then so be it. BUT!! You need the education for one thing, PR. Personal Relationship for the less educated. Because PR is the way to go to get people buy your things, know your things, and keep in touch. A very good example is hawker stall cook and a chef in a restaurant. Both can earn big money, but which one have more PR? A well-educated hawker stall cook will turn himself into a chef, maybe not in a restaurant, but know that image, packaging is very important for people to recognize you. A chef in restaurant is like respect from other people.

Without education, you can't even present yourself properly, so how are you going to sell yourself then? Especially as a magician, i think a proper knowledge will let people know that at least you have standard in your brain, and not just come out to be a magician because you cannot study. Bear in mind, you don't want to study and people thinking you cannot study, is 2 different things. So study to at least get a diploma or degree.

Also, Education can bring out a different level of creativity. Well, I personally is from Electrical Electronic Engineering, and also Mechatronic Engineering(Mechanical/Electronic). So because of my KNOWLEDGE in these fields, I can safety say that I am able to modify stuffs, design stuffs, without the fear of something going wrong. A very good example is the recent Shadow Vision that we got recently, I rewired the circuit and the lighting system confidently. I did material research, suggest what to use and achieve. How many will know that without proper education? Without this, you are just an empty vessel that can only do things that people build for you, and you cannot break through.

Of course, my field is in Engineering, and let say Ning's field is in Marketing and PR. She got the knack of attracting people and wow them with the context of words. Even for me.

So for all of you that are still schooling, don't think of easy way out, life is never easy, prepare yourself, learn a skill, learn an education, before you go out to the real world, or else you will suffer badly, really bad.

So next come to financial knowledge, I personally don't have that much of a knowledge, but if you think that the education doesn't teach you that, then you are wrong. There are tons of financial courses in schools that if you are interested in, you are all the welcome to take them. And seminars by renowned financial planners in SINGAPORE, that relate singapore's financial situation to you, not an American that come to singapore and tell you about Singapore. That will be a joke.

And this really reminds me of a multi-level marketing seminar that I went before. They only keep emphasizing the good of the product and the advantage of buying the product. Keep showing the results of people that sells them, driving car, in big houses, etc.

But please, look deeper, if there are rich people, how do they get so rich? Its because there are people that signed up and buy from them! You think you can be like them, but in honest reality, it will never happen.

A very good example, a online marketing system by a renowned person, saying the book is selling a 5 cent, but for each sale, the book cost will increase by 5 cent, (means 2nd book 10 cent, 3rd book 15 cent, as go) And there are currently 1000 people that have purchased this great book, and gain valuable things from it, and the numbers are still jumping.

So for the ignorant people that think that this book can bring fortune to them, they click and buy even if the book is now priced at US100 because they have the thinking that say, if I brought later when i know its good it will be more expensive.

But in reality, this book is never priced at 5 cent, because you never see 1000 people buying the book, you only see what they wanted you to see, the reality that its priced at 5 cent and 1000 people get it. So you buy the idea and purchase it.

So end story, look deeper, think deeper and ask yourself, do you really need it?

Please people, life is filled with cheats, people cheating your money people cheating your love, people cheating your life. So don't let more and more people come into your life that is filled with cheats. LOL!!
