Busy Busy Busy...
|
Well,
Its good that I am busy, ever since the Merlin Award is over, we have tons of things to do. New illusions, Videos and my show wise.
I kinda of stress out when a sudden show is being booked cause I almost lost touch of my show. So brushing up for the last few weeks and while doing other works are no fun.
But its kind of surprising that I survived everything and learnt alot again.
I video myself during my show for reviews after it, means that I got to watch myself and see how bad/good I am. So I saw, and I guess, alot of room for improvement and surprisingly alot of things that I won't know will happen until it happens. :(
Experience counts alot. I guess I need more. :)
So other things like video, illusions, etc. are also in my life and work. So I guess alot of support is needed from other sources.
Which i guess is turning well, but also lack of sleep makes me a bit warm tempered..
Well, other than all these, I really wish I can meet up with old friends and go out with them, its kinda of sad that everything I see FB, they got so much outings and I not around. I wish I can be there, but maybe they will be tired to ask me because I always not free. :(
Oh well, hope to meet up soon loh. |

Long days and weeks
|
Well, technically its not that bad to have long days and weeks because it means I got work!!
LOL!! Well, thanks for the great support provided by my sweetie pie.. I still manage to move on and do my things.
Another thing, I renovated my room, now, it looks more like a room now. Theme is Black Brown. Because I like white, but white stain easily, then black is too common, so I go for wood color black. Which works well.
IKEA became our best friend when we headed down there several times to look at the furniture, and though they are cheap. But they won't last long. You can't expect compressed wood to be good.
Like my uncle say, IKEA is not built to last, its built based on concept, meaning you can change your room setting 2 years later or when the table starts to break down.
So if you are looking for a long lasting home design by your own, its technically impossible because of the recee you need to make to so many shops just to get them right. Now I know why there are good home designers, they are there to solve your problems.
Well, I half hearted when I design the room, because I wanted it to last, yet under some budget, thanks to some sponsorship by my aunt. So, no choice from IKEA lo.
But the end result is good, though there are some technical issues now that I am concern, but it won't create a big issue in the short run.
So my old room consist of these, a big table, a bed and some cabinets. The big table is filled with TV, computer, things from work, power plugs, junks. So its a "just a room" thing when i first moved in, and wanted to change the whole place since long time.
MY GF is the inspiration, she is the trigger point that I need to make this room comfort for both of us, that I finally discussed to change the room.
Now the room is, a big queen size bed, with the TV right infront of the bed, cabinets below the TV and the rest is cleared. Another wall mount for hanging things and a shelving for the toilet also. Now it looks neater and bigger. Also, can watch TV and movie in the comfort of the bed. The toilet is much more organized, etc.
I should have taken photos of "before" and "after". And I sure that you will agree with me that its totally different from before. I pretty impressed also. And all these in just 2 days, lucky dear drives, or else we will be in shit holes now and then. IKEA things are not light, I hope I got money for TEAK wood.. LOL!!!
We got tons of pillows also.. LOL!! |
