Recently is the same, UM has been very stable and good, but we are tuning it to be better soon. :) So watch out.

It also marks the 3rd month of UM? Correct me if I wrong, I always lost of time because of the constant moving around, so I work by the day, not by the date. :)

Recently I did a few show crew alone, which marks a challenge to me and new thing of course. Cause I never does it alone for other's show. So I learnt alot, for the last 2 show, it has been in total different situations and last night was not that good. I was pretty surprised by the situations that will happen during or before a show, even though all went well. As I pretty new to this work, I pretty nervous when the show start, but these people beside me, being an A-hole, keep talking to me, while I keep ignoring them, cause its pretty stress that I have to listen to the Qs, and look at the performers. FOCUS.. Ya, so who say that stage crew is an easy job, you have to prepare the mics, set the sound, set the lightings and make sure that the people are the console really does their job in order to have a good show. (I was told that I am too nice to the people) Well, I agree, in order to have a good show, you just have to whack the people, or else they will do a half A job to you.

But certainly, these 2 times, is an eye opener for me, I hope to be a better one next time, and get used to it. WHACK!!!
